Audio portfolio

My time at Rhodes University gave me the space to learn and reflect on what kind of media practitioner I want to be. In the third and fourth year of my Bachelor of Journalism degree, I developed a portfolio of my work and reflections on my studies.

Welcome to my personal blog. I use this space as a centre point for my digital platforms. These include my social media pages, my work, reflections and portfolio from my journalism and media studies.  I am a media and development specialist who has most notably worked as a radio producer on the Breakfast and Afternoon Drive Shows on  702  and  CapeTalk , leading talk radio stations in South Africa. I also have experience in using digital media to expand content told on the radio. I have thus also developed as an experienced digital producer with a keen interest in developing and implementing media strategy.  My interests primarily revolve on the idea of bridging the communication gap that exists between citizens and those who hold power.
